This hair pick is made of coated aluminum clock hands, arranged as a dark snowflake. The hands measures about 2" from the fastener hole. Please keep in mind that they are only black on one side, and brushed silver on the other. They can be painted black, but I leave that up to you as I personally like the contrast. The long pick hand, which is 4" long, is WHITE on the back side.

However, it is very easy to reverse the hands so you can have a more wintry look! The style can be changed over and over again just by loosening the screw, rearranging the hands and tightening it into place. I recommend being gentle with these as the black coating can come off with too much friction. So, if you're going to rearrange the hands, please make sure to loosen the screw and nut enough to prevent too much rubbing.
